Cancellation Policy

At Honeys Hair & Beauty, we understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for notice in advance so we can offer your slot to another client. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

💛 Cancellation Charges

✅ More than 48 hours’ notice – No charge
✅ Between 48–24 hours – 50% of the original service
✅ Between 24–12 hours – 80% of the original service
✅ Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-show – 100% of the original service

📞 Out of Hours? No Problem

If you need to cancel outside of our working hours, simply leave us a voicemail on 01823 325700 or email us at info@honeys-salons.co.uk. This allows us to manage the diary and offer the space to another client.
